Refund policy

We understand that the online return/exchange process can be annoying, so we'll try to make it as easy and transparent as possible.

EXCHANGES

Items in original condition purchased during the holiday season will be eligible for exchange through January 15, 2022. Email support@executivebystephanie.shop with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping of the item to Executive by Stephanie. If the new item is more expensive, a code will be issued to cover the cost of the original item and the buyer will pay the difference. If the item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded. The exchange will be issued upon receipt of the original item. 

RETURNS

Items in original condition purchased during the holiday season will be eligible for return through January 15, 2022.  Customer is responsible for return shipping of the item to Executive by Stephanie. Refund will be issued upon receipt of the original item. If the item comes back with deodorant stains, makeup residue, or anything of the sort, the refund will not be issued. A photo of said indiscretion can be emailed upon request. Defective items will also be eligible for return.
